What we collect
When you book, we collect your name, email address, phone number, service address, and anything you type into the notes field. We collect nothing else, and there is no tracking or advertising on this site.
Why we collect it
To turn up at the right house at the right time, and to tell you about it. Your email and phone number are used for the confirmation, a reminder the day before, and notices if the appointment changes. We do not send marketing.
Who else sees it
- Our email and text providers receive your address or number so the message can be delivered.
- Stripe handles deposit payments. Card details go directly to Stripe and never touch our systems.
- Google Calendar holds your appointment - name, phone, and address - on the calendar of whoever is doing the work.
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Booking records are kept for as long as we are trading, because they are also our business records. Ask and we will delete everything that is not legally required to be kept.
Your booking link
The link in your confirmation is what lets you change or cancel without an account. Anyone with that link can do the same, so treat it like a password.
